What is a 203(k) Renovation Loan?
The 203k Loan program is a great way for homeowners to finance their dream home project with one affordable loan that includes the purchase and renovation. The Blueprint Construction Team will work with you, your 203k consultant if you have one and your lender to ensure the project remains on schedule and in budget.
The Blueprint Construction team will provide excellent service throughout the duration of your project with attention to detail, cleanliness, timeliness and quality. Our team can provide design and material suggestions and meet with other project collaborators (designers, architects, homeowners associations etc.) but these may carry an additional fee. It will be our top priority to bring about a fantastic product through a process that is as stress free as possible.
Our 203(k) Loan Services
Streamline/Limited 203k Loan Project ($35,000 or less)
For a $300 fee, we will come out to discuss your project needs and desires along with your budget so the most appropriate estimate can be provided for your decision-making process. Once the estimate has been provided and you choose Blueprint Construction Services to complete the reonovations, the $300 fee will be credited back to you before the final draw.
Standard 203k Loan Project
(More than $35,000)
Once you have your HUD inspector/consultant report of required and desired renovation items, we will schedule a time to come out and see the project. Using the information from the consultant’s report, the site visit and your consultation, we will create one bid/estimate that you can use for decision-making. Once you’ve selected Blueprint Construction Services to complete your project, we will be in regular contact with you, your lender and inspector/consultant to ensure that the project is completed according to the proper specifications.

Home purchaser should be prepared to share information about the project budget, the consultant, the consultant’s report and the lender to ensure Blueprint Construction Services has all the necessary information to provide a custom estimate that meets your needs and fits your budget and lifestyle.
